This is an outdoor workout interval based muscle confusion. It is open to people of any level of PHITness.
There are 5 days during the week where the group performs a variety of intervals that target different functions of the body.
The highlight of this group is the departure from technology of machines and television, taking them back to basics of body movement useful in everyday life.
