This is the Friday workout that meets just north of the Cardiff Kook. We leave promptly at 8:30am and visit all of the sets of stairs going North, starting just below Bull Taco in the campground.
The stairs provide an incredible cardiovascular workout as well as leg strength. We include some “core” work down the beach performed on yoga mats provided by PHITGroup.
Consistency at the stairs is one of the best ways to improve general strength and stamina. The motivation within the group grows with boundless energy.
